Ryan Pyle, Managing Member, has been buying, selling and managing his own real estate portfolio since 2004. He moved to Toledo in 2005 from Denver, Co. and began buying Class D single family homes. In 2010 he bought his first apartment building and quickly fell in love with building and managing his portfolio. By 2021 he decided to open his doors and manage for other like-minded owners.

And recently we have introduced Lisa, our AI leasing agent to interact with prospective residents 24/7/365!
